We currently do 5S (which I am the facilitator for) and we are trying to implement Kanban and Kaizen. I am not familiar with either of these programs, so I was looking for some resources and communities to be able to answer questions and get advice and help with starting these programs. I see that this is a pretty new site, is there anyone here that can help?
